Early table-toppers Stillingfleet were hoping for a champagne performance to christen their newly opened pavilion when they entertained the Drax 2nd XI in Division 3 of the York Vale League, especially under the focus of Selby Times photographer Gary Foster!
But it all went pear-shaped as their failure to get the basics right cost them dearly on an excellent early season track.
