Cliffe FC 2
Selby RSSC 1
Shane Cawkill sustained a nasty-looking head injury in the final moments of this friendly as he cleared off the line to keep Cliffe in front.
Unfortunately he also collided with the post and was kept in hospital overnight for observation before being released with bruising on the brain and blurred vision. All at Cliffe hope he makes a full and speedy recovery.
